Job description
40 hours per week, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
Work will begin on May 30, 2023, and end on or about August 11, 2023.
This position will assist with property valuation protest functions.
Responsibilities include organizing electronic and paper records, proofreading, data entry, scanning and uploading files, scheduling referee hearings and preparing correspondence and reports.
The position also requires a great deal of interaction with the public by phone, email, or
in person.
Data entry experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat are
required.
Candidate should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong
attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired qualifications: A working knowledge of office practices.
Employees must work a least 30 hours per week to be eligible for insurance benefits.
Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.
Temporary, seasonal, and on-call employees are not eligible for benefits.
