What You'll Do:
- Answer telephones, direct calls, manage calendars and arrange appointments
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks
- Inventory, count, weight, measure, order and organize materials
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers
- High school diploma or (GED) preferred, or at least one year related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Calculators, Desktop computers, Photocopiers
- Basic math skills
- Customer service skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
