About this Opportunity
Temporary clerical positions become available on an as needed basis to cover staff leaves or absences. Hours are generally 29 or less per week.
Applications will remain visible to University departments for 90 days after which you will need to reapply. This insures that departments have an up to date pool to choose from and confirms your most recent information is updated in the system.

Position Function
Temporary clerical positions available on an as needed basis to cover staff leaves or absences. Provide, coordinate, and oversee office functions, manage telephone calls and email, process information and perform data entry. Provide general office receptionist support, greet visitors and those arriving for meetings. Hours and specific duties will vary per assignment.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Experience in an office environment working with the public.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Experience
Prior University experience.
Prior experience with Banner systems.
Multi line telephone and keyboarding.
Typing and data entry.
PC experience.
