Clerical / Administrative / Inventory Control

Administrative Inventory Control Coordinator

Up to $25.00 per hour to start plus quarterly bonuses and full benefits

As Administrative Inventory Control Coordinator, you will:

  • Receive complete training
  • Learn to administer the Inventory Database
  • Enter and process new inventory items in the database
  • Enter and process time and materials information on a job-by-job basis in the database
  • Ensure all information is accurate and complete
  • Identify, research and resolve errors, omissions and discrepancies
  • Escalate complex issues as necessary
  • Learn to perform supplier management and supplier control functions
  • Administer returned goods authorizations
  • Process customer and supplier credits
  • Conduct month-end inventory audits
  • Learn to run routine and special reports
  • Learn to conduct routine and special analysis
  • Handle special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 2 years of Inventory Control, Inventory Planning and/or Inventory Management experience

With:

  • Experience with ANY ERP / Inventory / Materials Management Software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accurate Data Entry skills
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
