About us Grand Ice, a craft ice company that creates crystal - clear, slow melting ice cubes that will preserve and enhance your crafted cocktails. Grand Ice was created by a father and son duo who started out by hand carving clear ice cubes for their own enjoyment. They had so much fun crafting ice for their friends and family they set out to share their passion with their wider community. That’s why we started Grand Ice, a company homegrown in Grand Rapids with the purpose to support and elevate the budding cocktail movement.
An individual would preferably live near our facility (Boston Square area of Grand Rapids) or willing to travel to our location. Also the person has to be willing to work in a fast paced environment but carefully as we can't damage the ice cubes. We are a very small but exciting start up company. Finally there is potentially lifting required with managing the crane that lifts our ice blocks and lifting baking trays filled with 70 2"x2" Ice cubes into our walk-in freezer. Otherwise any individual applying has to be reliable, trustworthy and work well with the team.
