Clean Room Operative

Looking for Clean Room Packager who will be responsible for cleaning packaging materials, loading items into containers, and weighing and labeling the items appropriately. They also perform final checks for defective items, ensure all working items make it to the loading area or inventory, and keep detailed records of materials and shipments. This position requires an individual to participate within a team environment working in cooperation with others to maintain efficient and effective workflow. This position will take direction from a supervisor or team leader and will work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assembles and packages medical products using one piece flow methodology in a lean environment using.
• Verifying components for count, quantity and revision.
• Clean components in preparation for packaging.
• Assemble products manually or using fixtures.
• Seal products using various heat-sealing machines such as pouches, trays and poly bags.
• Box and package product for shipment.
• Partner with trainees as designated by Team Leader/Team Coordinator.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a clean room environment.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal, and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Pharmaceutical: 2 years (Preferred)
• Clean Room Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
