KeyLogic is seeing a Computer Systems Analyst 1 to perform task based and project based work. You will receive tasks from a variety of sources to include Email, IM, phone, ticketing systems and in person. You will self-identify projects and also receive them from the customers. You will perform software installs and configuration, hardware installs and configuration, software troubleshooting and problem resolution.

We use various methods to record work done (ticketing system, SharePoint, etc..) We regularly perform inventory management of spare IT equipment (Computers, monitors, IT peripherals). As a Computer Systems Analyst I, the candidate will be expected to support desktop systems as well as OT (Obsolete Technology) and IOT (Internet of Things) equipment in both networked and standalone environments, responding, documenting, and closing tickets as submitted. Candidate will need the ability to partner with other IT teams such as corporate cyber security, firewall and proxy teams.

• Current DOE Q clearance or DOD Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field plus 2 years of Windows desktop support experience. Without a degree, this position requires 8 total years of IT experience (four years of this experience must be supporting Windows desktops).
• Knowledge and experience of Windows desktop support, including build, install, configure, patch, remediate and troubleshoot Windows machines, peripherals and other computing devices connected.
• Knowledge and experience with both physical and virtual Windows desktops.
• Ability to provide customer support by phone, email and in-person.
• Ability to work with suppliers
• Application support
• Willingness to work on obsolete, non-standard, and standalone equipment

Desired Skills:

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently on tasks and projects
• Desire to expand and grow knowledge and skillsets.
• Previous experience supporting Linux OS.
