Job description
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Class B CDL Driver for a company based in Vance, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for loading goods from the warehouse into your truck, transporting the load to the client’s location, and unloading the shipment when you arrive.Pay Rate
$19.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, hours vary
CDL Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Pick-up loads, organize goods in the truck, and secure packages
- Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to tractor unit
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
- Obey all traffic laws and adhere to company rules
- Valid Class B commercial driver’s license required
- Clean driving record with no moving violations
- 50 pound lift assessment required
- Must pass a background and drug test
