Class A CDL Stakebed Driver
CRI, a family owned, leading industrial scrap metal recycler, is seeking an experienced CDL A Driver to transport, pickup and deliver 55 gallon drums of scrap materials. We currently have one Full Time position open.
Monday through Friday from 6am to 4pm.

Job Overview
Always operates safely. Performs daily scheduled pickups / deliveries by driving a gas or diesel powered tractor. Must be able to function with a DOUBLE AXLE STAKEBED TRAILER WITH HIGHER GVW. Responsible for pre checks and post checks on operating equipment. Must have a preventative maintenance understanding. This is a local Class A driving position, for an industrial scrap metal recycler, handling drums and barrels.
Requirements and Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to be a successful and valued Team Member of CRI:
- Minimum (1) year experience driving a tractor trailer in city traffic
- Clean MVR record, no moving violations within the past (3) years
- Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the US Department of Transportation
- Must have knowledge of DOT rules / regulations: safe driving, inspection, and maintenance
- Basic knowledge and understanding of tractor and trailer operations
- Must possess a valid AZ Driver’s License, Class A
- Must be able to pass all drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be able to perform the required physical activities.
