We are a well established and growing wellness center offering chiropractic services since 2001 and acupuncture services since 2015. We are a patient-focused facility offering effective, affordable, pro-active approaches to restoring and maintaining health.

We are actively working to become the pillar of health and wellness services in our community. We take great pride in the reputation that we have built and we are excited about how we are making our patient experience even better. We are currently implementing a new EHR system to make the new patient process easier for both patients and staff. We will be offering remote scheduling in addition to unveiling a new 2-way-texting platform that will allow us to: confirm patient appointments; schedule new appointments and send/receive new patient intake data to be directly implemented into our EHR.

We are looking for a problem solver who is ultra-organized, outgoing, reliable, energetic and accountable. A problem solver is someone who: can can identify a potential problem and address it before it becomes a problem; can "put out fires" way before they start; can take initiative and present a minimum of three potential solutions before presenting a problem; thrives as a team player and operates for the betterment of the practice and not the betterment of themselves. A problem solver has harnessed: listening skills; analytical thinking skills, communication skills, decision-making skills, prioritizing skill and execution skills.

We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or as a Medical Office Administrator who can help manage patient flow, can assist with office operations and who is ready to grow with us.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Office opening/closing
  • Patient scheduling
  • Collection of fees
  • Insurance verification
  • Claims status verification
  • Patient account reconciliation
  • Insurance correspondence
  • Light office cleaning

Candidate must be well versed in:

  • MS Office/Excel
  • Navinet
  • Availity

Hours:

  • Monday: 8 AM to 12:30 PM; 2 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 12 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 8 AM to 12:30 PM; 2 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Thursday: 8 AM to 12:30 PM; 2 PM to 6:30 PM

Benefits include: paid holidays, PTO, eligible for 50% toward health insurance after 90 days.

$22/hour with a review in 30 days.
