Castle Academy is large, family owned childcare center located in Skippack, Pennsylvania. Our school prides itself on providing a family childcare feeling in a center based facility. We have served our families in the area for almost 13 years.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

• Lead Teachers must have knowledge of writing lesson plans and providing a creative, fun active learning environment for young children
• Lead Teachers should have a knowledge of documenting children's growth and development through report cards and child service reports (CSR'S)
• Lead Teachers work together with assistant teachers to provide a creative and caring learning environment.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

• Lead Teachers must have 2 + years working in a childcare setting and lead teacher experience. A love and passion for this young age group is a must!
• Lead teachers must be able to obtain all required DHS clearances
• We are looking for team players with positive attitudes
