As an Instructional Coach, you will:

• Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.

• Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.

• Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

• Required/Preferred Education Level Description

• Required Associate Degree Education or child development related. Will accept with Associate's Degree with educational plan for BA

• Twelve Child Development units completed required: Child Growth and Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, Principles and Practices

• Infant and Toddler Development class is required

• Six units of course work in child development administration and supervision are required

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Education or child development related

• Transcripts will be required at time of hire
