Reporting to the hospital CEO, the CNO oversees the operations of the Nursing department, including the delivery of nursing services and develops and implements goals, policies and protocols.

Ideal Candidate:

• Freestanding psychiatric hospital DON/CNO experience preferred.
• Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience as either a CNO, DON, Director of Behavioral Health/Nurse manager of a large behavioral health service line.
• BSN Required. Masters preferred.
