FEASTbox is a Utah company taking the regional BBQ scene by storm! We serve up feastly amounts of Texas, Korean and Hawaiian BBQ direct to consumers through DoorDash and UberEats and direct to businesses fulfilling their Fast FEAST same day catering needs. We also offer large group catering as well.

We will be opening new concept fast casual restaurants in the Greater SLC Area within the next 15-90 days. We are experiencing extreme growth and need to hire Chief Restaurant Officers to keep up with expansion. We are looking for a seasoned, high volume casual dining general managers or current multi-unit managers for each location with a sharp business acumen and owner mindset.

Chief Restaurant Officer Job Description:

• Lead, direct and supervise the entire operations
• Understand the sense of urgency for fulfilling Door Dash and Uber Eats orders
• Oversee the execution of our FAST FEAST same day 90 min catering through Door Dash
• How to maintain consistent volume, with order accuracy and quality
• Build and sustain a local catering emphasis with our small and large group catering offerings
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Creating and organizing schedules, track employees’ hours, record payroll data
• Daily Inventory of our products and ordering supplies within budget limitations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

Chief Restaurant Officer Job Experience:

• A high school diploma or greater
• Previous general or multi-unit restaurant manager experience of five years or more
• A proven customer service and satisfaction track record
• ServSafe Certified
• Experience with managing high volume and long shifts
• Financial analysis and literacy
• Ability to keep inventory organized and rotated

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
