Job Purpose:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of PublicSq. will work in coordination with the C-Suite to formulate and implement marketing strategies across the entire portfolio of PSQ Holdings, Inc. This person is a freedom-loving revolutionary who wants to sink their teeth into restoring the culture of America. We strongly believe that the key to restoring the republic is creating a healthy, non-woke, and passionate workplace environment. The CMO will lead the full marketing lifecycle: campaign design, execution, monitoring, optimization, and analysis.

A member of PublicSq’s Leadership Team, the CMO is a visionary and has years of proven experience in the industry. They will report on the marketing performance of the business and will work with key company stakeholders to best position the business for growth and profitability. This role will require partnership with the other Leadership Team members to help with the planning, direction, and coordination of all marketing activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversees PublicSq.’s media relations including social media and all methods of advertising
• Supervises PublicSq.’s market research and community relations
• Drives daily execution and enhancement of PublicSq.’s overall marketing strategy
• Analyzes and reviews results of market research and adjusts PublicSq.’s marketing strategy accordingly
• Advises the Product Department based on results of market research
• Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools
• Obtains customer feedback regarding products and services and funnels the information to the appropriate departments so that adjustments can be made in product and customer service offerings
• Participates in research to look for new product ideas and ways to grow PublicSq.’s business
• Manages PublicSq.’s website and constantly updates relevant information
• Communicates with industry experts and leverages their knowledge for PublicSq.’s benefit
• Handles corporate communications to deliver a brand-consistent messages
• Heightens awareness of the company in the community and marketplace
• Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of professional experience in all areas of marketing; including developing and leading a marketing team
• Extensive knowledge of marketing principles
• Experience and knowledge of changing market dynamics and experience developing and implementing strategies to meet those changes
• Excellent project management abilities
• Exceptional verbal, communication, written communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability meeting marketing deliverables in a fast changing and fast paced work environment
• Superior organizational skills and strategic planning abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• You share our values and work in accordance with those values
• Willing to commute to the office location in Rancho Santa Fe, CA
• Ability to travel, when needed
