We have an exciting opportunity to lead our team of professionals as a President/CEO.

The President/CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and implementing strategic planning. That person would have the responsibility to carry out the company's business mission and is responsible for the overall management and operation of all aspects of the organization to include sales, operations, financial and manufacturing functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Planning, forecasting, finance, sourcing, production, and logistics.
• Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Ensuring operations run efficiently, leading all aspects of operations, technology, systems implementation and evaluating current processes to maximize efficiency and continual improvements to the cost, safety, and environmental management of operations
• Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
• Collaborating with accounting team to develop and manage budgets for assigned departments including cost of goods sold, pricing, operating expenditures, and capital expenditures
• Managing major projects to improve operations from beginning to end, including facility maintenance, repair, construction, and growth
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to maintain relationships with wholesalers and to promote Stable Craft Brewing as a preeminent brewery and seek contract-brewing agreements with local and regional breweries to advance branding opportunities.
• Exploring and expanding programming at brewery to increase and grow retail sales and exposure to local and tourism markets
• Reporting progress against strategic goals and objectives through a balanced and effective performance metrics framework

Knowledge and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing a growing business
• 5+ years in food & beverage and marketing management; knowledge of beverage distribution preferred
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, expense control, forecasting and analysis of financial statements
• Proven, results oriented project manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills including coaching, motivating, delegating, scheduling, and relationship-building
• Understanding laws governing alcohol production, sales, and distribution
• Committed to safety and quality culture
• Supportive of diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
