As the Business Manager for our Chief Data Office (CDO) you will report directly to the Head of Transformation and be accountable to the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Chief Data Officer. You will partner with the leadership team, functional partners and members across various working groups to help develop business strategies and shape priorities, while always supporting the day to day operations of the Chief Data Office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support business heads in managing day to day business, including owning the framework to provide oversight on business objectives
  • Collaborate with functional partners such as Controls, Finance and Technology to help achieve business objectives including financial information management and business administration
  • Partner the People Agenda pillars to drive a cohesive organizational engagement & collaboration strategy
  • Ability to provide both strategic and tactical input for key business decisions and strategy updates
  • Build an understanding of current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize across multiple deliverables concurrently to execute within deadlines
  • You will exercise leadership and provide direction to drive towards business objectives, outcomes
  • Experience in presenting priorities, initiatives and updates to senior management
  • Interpersonal skills such as stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise way
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree, with 7 + years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • You have an active interest in business management, project management and business analysis
  • MBA a plus
