Now Hiring:

Per Diem/Weekends: (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide or (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide:

• Monitor resident/patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents/ assist with personal care activities.
• Assist residents with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager, Director of Nursing and Executive Director.

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.

• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.

• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide or (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous assisted living experience is preferred but not required.

• License/Certifications:

• Must have an Active NJ HHA Certified Home Health Aide for HHA applicants only
• Must have an Active NJ CNA certification for CNA applicants only
