Job description

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services based on an established care plan to a family that is in immediate need of care in the Mendham, NJ area.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills

• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Valid driver’s licence
