Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will prepare and take inventory of IV medications.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the procurement, preparation, delivery, return, and restocking of medications to include but not limited to filling and delivering oral medications, compounding parenteral medications, filling automated dispensing cabinets, filling code cart trays and pharmacy kits, restocking returned medications prior to the end of each shift, assisting with putting away pharmacy orders, and notifying the Buyer or Technician.
• You will assist with order entry of IV and Narcotic drugs.
• You will assist with daily department operations.
• You will fill and check automation cabinet fill

What qualifications you will need:

• High school/ GED
• 1-2 years hospital pharmacy experience required
• Tennessee Board of Pharmacy License required / PTCB Certification required
• Basic computer skills required

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
