Forest Hill is an outpatient physical therapy facility dedicated to providing patient-centered care from highly skilled staff. CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSSIATNT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assiatant Certification
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
