Job description
Transition Rehabilitation Services is currently seeking a COTA for their Long Term Care facilities in Muskogee. You will be responsible for providing active assistance in the delivery of functional Occupational Therapy treatment program under the supervision and direction of the Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist. Experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation in a LTC facility is desired. Current OK professional license required.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
