TriSource has an active agreement with multiple clients in the healthcare vertical and over the next 2 weeks we are interviewing to increase our database of candidates for the CNA role for locations within the North and South of Pittsburgh, PA. The facilities are rehab centers, skilled nursing, assisted living and Rem care Communities. Required qualifications to consider for compliance purposes are:
- Updated Covid-19 vaccination that is minimal to the 2-shot requirement, copy must be provided.
- Update PPD/TB with 2 shot negative test, QuantiFERON or X-ray in the last 6-12 months, copy must be provided.
- Dementia Training Assessment, to be instructed upon interview.
- CNA Certification with copy of License.
- Flu Vaccination, copy must be provided.
- State and Federal PATCH background completed upon candidate approval form.
- Compliance Attestation form, to be provided upon phone interview with TriSource.
- Update resume
- CPR/First Aid Cert
- Dark scrubs required, color will be outlined during the interview.
These roles could be long term (3-6 months w/ set hours) or by shift based on client availability.
