As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide the highest level of care within a welcoming environment where supporting the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of our residents will be at the top of your priorities.

Sunset Estates of Purcell is seeking seasoned Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides individualized care, which encourages the resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.
• Attends to the resident’s needs, which may include assisting to groom, bathe, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion, communicating or other needs in maintaining personal care requirements.
• Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position in the nursing home. Resident care duties, including the ability to provide for resident care in emergency situations and based upon age-specific needs utilizing a development perspective.
• Maintains the comfort, privacy, and dignity of the residents in the delivery of services to them. Interacts with the resident in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment.
• Fosters a positive and professional home environment by interacting with all persons in a considerate, helpful and courteous manner and by participating as a team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• CNA (Required)
