Full time position, Monday-Thursday 745a-5p, Friday 745a-1p. (May vary)

Primary location in The , Tx, with occasional travel.

Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 2+years of experience.

Background in Urology or other Med/Surg specialty practice is preferred.

This position requires a self-motivated individual that is responsible for performing back-office clinical duties and various invasive urological procedures. Ability to manage clinic while taking incoming calls from patients, triaging needs, and coordinating surgeries. This is a fast-paced office where multi-tasking and strong organizational skills are essential.

Job Duties:

Rooming patients, obtaining specimens and processing lab, vital signs, prep equipment/patients for procedures, perform ultrasounds, accurate and timely documentation in EHR (NextGen), strong verbal communication skills, coordinating surgeries, other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 2+years clinical experience, minimum 1 year
• Medical Terminology
• Critical thinking and detail oriented
• English, Bilingual
