Job Summary:

The Central Sterile Supervisor promotes customer service initiatives; functions in all areas of department pertaining to the processing and sterilization or reusable instruments and supplies; understands principles and demonstrates knowledge of decontamination, assembling, packaging, sterilization and storage procedures; demonstrates knowledge of sterilizer testing and recording of results; assumes responsibility for employee, physician and patient satisfaction; and assumes responsibility for standards of practice and quality of care.

Our 218 bed facility is located in Hermitage TN and was named as a Top Hospital in Quality by The Joint Commission. We are certified as a primary stroke Center and accredited Chest Pain Center and cancer program. • 
  Central Sterile Tech Supervisor Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
• Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with others.
• Current BLS upon hire or within 90 days of hire
