Job Title: Central Sterile Processing Tech in Bristol,Tennessee
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Central Sterile Processing Tech to join our team in Bristol, TN. This is a travel position, and the ideal candidate will have a permanent residence of 100 miles or more from the hospital's service area.
As a Central Sterile Processing Tech, you will be responsible for the decontamination, cleaning, sterilization, and processing of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. You will ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned, inspected, and sterilized according to hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
Inspect, assemble, and package surgical instruments and equipment
Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment
Follow all hospital policies and procedures for sterile processing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Sterile Processing Technologist certification
Experience in sterile processing preferred
Ability to work 02:00pm -10:30pm + On Call
