Rocky Top Catering is a full-service caterer in the Raleigh- Durham- Chapel Hill area looking for some fantastic culinary pros to join our team.
What do we have to offer?
- Seasonal Employment Options (specifically September-January and March-June)

- Starting rates between $15-$18/hr!
Heres what you need to have:
- Enthusiasm for following instructions and paying attention to detail.
- Sweet Knife Skills. But really, please make sure you know your way around a knife set...safely.
- It has to be Super Important to you to Show Up to Work On Time.
- Reliability: Be where you say you are going to be. Do what you say you are going to do.
- Flexibility: Catering is unpredictable! We sometimes need to adjust your shift times or what you are doing, we need you to go with the flow!
- Team Work. Youve heard it makes the dream work right? Its true.
Heres what you will be doing:
- Setting up workstations and ingredients
- Follow prep lists created by Chefs in a quick, efficient and accurate manner
- Be able to read and follow recipes
- Label and stock ingredients on shelves so they are easily accessible to teammates
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
- Comply with health and sanitation guidelines
- Undertake basic cooking duties
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Maintain clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
