Job description
- Location: Orlando.
- Pay rate: $16.13.
- Hours: 8 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday.
- Job Type: Full Time
- The person must be able to print balance and security reports.
- Prepares and distributes daily statements.
- Enter work orders.
- Collect payments, and maintain cash and check register.
- Answer the phone and assist customers.
- Ability to work independently, with or without immediate supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Reliable; Attendance is a must.
- Computer literate (Excel).
- Prepares forms, reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Team-oriented due to working within multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention detail.
- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
- Requires high school diploma supplemented by (1-2) years in public housing or related field.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
