Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Smile and greet all customers as they enter the location.
- Assist with customer service at all times.
- Present friendly, cooperative attitude to general public at all times.
- Operate electronic cash register
- Help load and unload store merchandise as needed.
- Receive and record donations from public.
- Sort donations according to company guidelines
- Assist keeping store stock available.
- Assist in store security.
- Notify Store Manager of low and overstocked items.
- Call Store Manager for all voids and customer returns.
- Perform necessary janitorial work.
- Adhere to all Goodwill policies, procedures and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
