PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately handle sales
• Stocking supplies
• Ensuring the store is always clean
• Balancing shift paperwork
• Receive deliveries, move, sort and stack cases
• Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations including the sale of tobacco and alcohol products

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Ability to bend, stretch and reach in order to pick up product and stock shelves
• Ability to read and write to complete paperwork
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION:

Starting Salary: $14.50

Salary Range: $14.50 to $18.00

401(k) - Full time and part time employees are eligible to enroll in the company 401(k) plan following a predetermined amount of time. This option comes with a company match of up to 4%.

Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Other – CDL drivers will be eligible for a monthly Performance Bonus once the training period has concluded.
