Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS), a division of GEMCORE, is a well-established and growing national direct-to home medical supply provider. We are seeking a highly motivated Cash Poster Representative to join our high energy team. The Cash Poster Representative's primary responsibility is to accurately maintain patient accounts by recording insurance and posting patient payments.

• This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
• This position is located in Hudson, OH
• Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Employer paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit patient accounts for accuracy.
• Closely monitor accounts to provide accuracy for customers and business.
• Accurately post insurance and patient payments to proper accounts.
• Post denials and adjustments on claims within the company system.
• Provide documents to customer or collections regarding balance on account.

Core Competencies

• Medical billing, accounts receivable, office work or insurance experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of accounts receivables, reconciling, or account management preferred.
• Communicate effectively with team members and Manager.
• Adapt to ever-changing environment/processes and procedures.

Education/Experience

• HS diploma or equivalent.
