Full-time community-based Case Manager to serve survivors of acquired brain injury in
the New River Valley area.

Required:
- Must reside in the New River Valley area.
- Day travel around the New River Valley including but not limited to Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Montgomery County, Giles County, Pulaski County, Floyd County, and Carroll County.
- Strong verbal & written skills, use of Microsoft Office.
- Undergraduate degree required in social work, counseling, human development, therapeutic recreation, or related field OR associate's degree with comparable experience.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred (though encouraged to apply regardless):
- Experience in brain injury or related field.
- Community-based case management experience, knowledge of rehabilitation principles, or comparable knowledge and experience.
