Do you like to help people improve their lives? We are looking for a motivated Career Specialist/Case Manager for a workforce development program serving the Parkersburg area. Duties include outreach and recruitment, eligibility documentation, workshop presentations, developing resources, conducting assessments, and progressive case management. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Being able to follow WIOA policies and local procedures is a must. Develops employment training plans leading to successful employment. Must have customer service driven attitude. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
