Office location in Murrells Inlet, SC, is looking for a Case Manager to enhance the quality of patient management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness. This candidate will be accountable for the full client care cycle and is expected to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate actions required to meet the client’s needs on a case-to-case basis. Must be a reliable focused person with personal management skills to provide support for clients. This position will require an individual that can multi-task and has to have some combination of the following experience/expertise: Medicaid, Medicare, SS, Computer Spreadsheets, internet, and Case Management.

Should have good presentation and interpersonal skills; strong organizational capabilities; excellent computer skills; time accounting/management skills. Work will require interfacing and coordinating with some individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and will provide emotional support as needed. Strong commitment to learning business and managing required workload as needed. Able to travel is mandatory.

Need a strong leader with a can-do attitude, but compassionate, has to be 100% reliable.
Skills: Managed and/or scheduled client activities and wellness visits. Must be well-mannered and maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Presentation, Excel, Word Perfect, General Computer Skills, Writing, and Case Management.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
