MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field from a four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Case Manager provides intensive case management services to clients and works with community agencies to develop new opportunities to better serve low-income families and work on community projects. Works with people experiencing homelessness. Will work with individuals and families one on one to help make and reach their goals.
