Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Case Manager with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Rockville, MD. This is a remote opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Ability to complete / support work in Relativity in support of reviewers by recommending configuration / execution, improving search structures, finalizing production requirements, troubleshooting issues, etc.
  • Ability to support the documentation and / or improvement of case management processes, including identifying recurring issues and proposing alternative approaches for resolution of these issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in Relativity review, working with program priority guidelines to resolve conflicting demands.
  • Establish and maintain all required case documentation.
  • Provide consultative support to legal and FOIA staff to ensure that their requirements are understood, setting clear expectations for feasibility, work required, and project turnaround times,
  • Communicate effectively via email, meetings, and calls in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Translate customer requirements into clearly defined requests for operations team tasks.
  • Complete defined QC processes to ensure that completed tasks have been delivered as specified.
  • Ensure that all reporting and metrics data are accurate and updated in a timely fashion.
  • Implement any required project standards, governance structure and/or audit mechanism. Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio.
  • Contribute to program level Lessons Learned Repository, project and program review meetings, and program level risks and issues register.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the eDiscovery field as a Project or Case Manager with overall responsibility for matters, including working with support teams and reviewers.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role (as described above)
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Review Management Specialist certification strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in defining, communicating, and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
  • Experience configuring Relativity workspaces to included: creating coding fields, event handlers, batch creation and workflow design and batching, search term report (STR) creation, and complex search creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences (required).
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users, managers, and technical staff.
  • Experience conducting training for eDiscovery tools and/or concepts – specifically, educating new users who are unfamiliar with Relativity as a review platform, both in group sessions and individually, both in person and via remote conferencing.
  • Experience working in a federal consulting / services delivery environment preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience with Microsoft Teams will be helpful.
  • Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • B.A/B.S. required; JD preferred but not required.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
