Salary: From $17 per hour

Shift/Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm

Case Manager Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum of High School or GED
• Must be physically able to assist in AWOL searches
• Confidentiality and professionalism are essential

Case Manager Responsibilities:

• Follow up with Admissions Coordinator to ensure consent forms are signed
• Orientate the students to MMYTC expectations, intake packet and campus
• Update student info in database on intake and through out student’s stay at MMA
• Provide transportation to current students to court, home passes, etc, as needed
• Appear in court as needed, telephonic or in person
• Relay information to caseworkers, good communication between MMA and agency
• Participate in CFT meetings and act as a liaison for MMYTC and outside agency
• Assist Marketing/Admissions Department when needed
• Responsible for Clinical charts (correct order, needed paperwork, review monthly)
• Facilitate students staffings (service plans, signature pages, notes)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
