North Idaho Decks is currently seeking Carpenter Helpers for our Framing Division. We are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured in both Idaho and Washington. If you are a knowledgeable, hardworking, team orientated, and a safety focused individual, then we invite you to apply!

• Ideal candidates for Carpenter Helpers will have at least 6 months of construction experience and familiarity with various tools. Individuals with backgrounds in carpentry and/or framing are strongly encouraged to apply. Great opportunity to learn a specialty construction trade in the fast growing market of decks, roof covers, and pergolas. Must be comfortable working outside and at heights.
• Starting Wage: Hourly: $18+/hr DOE The more skills and experience you bring to the table, the more you'll make! Additional bonus skills: cabinetry and other interior carpentry.
• Benefits: Weekends Off, Holidays Off, Optional supplemental benefit packages, Paid vocational courses after 1 year of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
