Gold Hill Builders is a Custom Home building company based out of Northport. We do custom mid to higher end work all over the island. We are currently higher for the position of a Lead Carpenter as we recently lost a member of our team. The ideal applicant would have basic knowledge of Framing, siding, decking, Railings, cabinetry, flooring, spackle painting etc. The position, would require taking directions from project managers and use your own knowledge to get the tasks done. we want someone who is a team player and that can come to work with a positive attitude. Must be willing to lead and communicate with our other workers and project managers. We take pride on our work and would like to hire someone that understands that we need to keep a clean, safe and organized job site. By doing so this translates into more money for the company and ultimately more money for the carpenters. We have 2 trailers with tools however the right candidate will have a good reliable vehicle and Valid driver license and the ability to carry some tools from job to job. We have a highly competitive pay rate and will pay the right employee extremely well. We do full renovation projects in house which means one day you could be doing demo work, hanging drywall and the next dong finish carpentry.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
