The Pointe at Kirby Gate Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking for Caregivers to provide care to all residents in a friendly and fun environment.

Available Shifts:

*** Full Time, Part Time and PRN Availability ***

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Essential Functions:

• Assists residents with care needs and assists with enrichment activities.
• Reports any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
• Provides emotional and social support to residents.
• Responds quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintains close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Understands role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information
• Provides assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follows the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in Senior Living required.
• Must be available for any of these shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
