We would love to talk to you about joining the best team in health care as a Caregiver/Care Professional. Most of our office team started as a Caregiver/Care Professional or have worked with seniors, so we know what it is like to walk in Care Pro shoes and are available to support you 24x7. Choose from 4, 6 or 8+ hour shifts.

We are growing and currently offer 1:1 care in the following counties: Aitkin, Crow Wing, Cass, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Todd and Wadena.

Home Instead provides a variety of services that allow seniors to remain in their home. CAREGivers/Care Professionals work 1:1 with clients, work close to home and represent a lifeline for families in your community. As a CAREGiver/Care Professional you:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

• Alzheimer’s Care

*No previous experience necessary-training provided by Home Instead. We hire CNA's!

To be a CAREGiver/Care Professional:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
