Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, located in the serene town of Dassel overlooking a lake, is hiring On-Call and Part-Time Caregivers to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering up to a $6,000 Bonus!

In this role, you will help maintain the highest standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently.

There are On-Call and Part-Time (Evening)) positions available. Part-Time is eligible for a $2,000 Bonus.

What does a Caregiver do?

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What does a Caregiver require?

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred. We'll train you!
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Standing and walking most of the time.
