Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states.
Now Hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, Home Health Aides– fantastic opportunity for professional growth, while making a difference! No experience required – we provide PAID training!
The starting pay is $13.75
We are currently offering a $1,000 Sign on bonus for Full-Time Staff and $500 Bonus for Part Time Staff (Contact local office for details)
Location: Nashville, Lebanon, Antioch and Smyrna
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-11:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-7:00pm
Multiple Weekend & PRN shifts available
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Encourage and empower individuals to live more independently.
- Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.
- Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding).
- Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individual's needs.
- Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation.
- Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities.
