Caregiving is a rewarding career where training is built in! No extra time or money to earn a degree! WI CBRF certifications are required for this position and 15 hours of continuing education per year are built in!

Responsibilities of a caregiver in our home may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serving as a companion to clients
• Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
• Following patient care plan
• Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to the team
• Providing bathing and dressing assistance
• Assisting with transfer and mobility
• Performing housekeeping duties (e.g., keeping room tidy, laundry, routine deep cleaning)
• Preparing meals
• Managing medication
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mount Horeb, WI 53572: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• WI CBRF Certifications, including Med Pass (Required)

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
