Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled in-home caregiver to join our team at Aspire, a leading provider of senior care services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with seniors in their homes and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
We are in need of caregivers who can begin working as early as 7am.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support
- Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Monitor and report changes in health status and well-being
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for seniors
- Communicate with family members and healthcare providers as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a nursing assistant or home health aide
- At least one year of experience in caregiving or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
