Now Hiring a Part-time Caregiver to work in our beautiful, low-acuity, Assisted Living Community! We are hiring for evening shift (4pm-10pm), every other weekend is required.

Magnolia Springs Bridgewater is a highly rated, beautiful assisted living community in Carmel, IN. We are unique, as we are focused on social engagement. Our resident population is low in acuity, which allows our caregivers the opportunity to truly build meaningful relationships with those they care for!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• COVID vaccination is required, unless you have an approved religious or medical exemption
• Must enjoy working with residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Valid CNA/HHA preferred BUT not required! All you need is a heart for caring for others - we will teach you the rest!
• Prior experience in senior living is preferred
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• Demonstrate patience, accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers to maintain standards and achieve goals
• Adherence to Magnolia Springs Core Values
