Care Assistant

Clinical Band 2: £21,313 - £21,318 FTE

Clinical Band 3: £21,730 - £23,177 FTE

Depending on experience

37.5 or 30 hours per week (Day and Night shifts)

Due to the continued expansion and growth of our Weldmar at Home service, we are actively recruiting care professionals in the following areas:

Swanage and Purbeck | Weymouth | Dorchester | North Dorset

Weldmar at Home offers end of life care to patients in their own homes in the last four weeks of their lives, in the comfort of their familiar surroundings.

You’ll need to be empathetic and compassionate, with good communication skills, because as well as providing respectful and dignified care for the patient, you’ll also support the family by providing guidance, advice, and reassurance, which makes a huge difference to the end of life experience of all those involved.

Due to a new partnership with NHS Dorset, Weldmar at Home is now caring for even more patients at the end of life, and early in 2023 will start providing these services in Swanage and the Isle of Purbeck. By joining Weldmar at Home, you will be part of an established, growing local service providing an excellent level of care.
