Salary range: £19,265 - £20,290 pro rata, per annum (£12,495 - £13,160 actual salary per annum)
Work location: Fleming House, Eastleigh
Hours per week: 24 (Other part time hours may be considered)
Contract type: Permanent

The Role:
Fleming House has an opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. We provide Nursing and Residential care and support to the elderly and vulnerable, so to succeed in this role you will have an empathy with the needs of older people and understand the importance of treating them with dignity and respect.

You may be an experienced Carer or Support Worker but this is not essential because in these vital roles, life experience is more important than work experience.

We will give you all the support, training and development you will need to help you enjoy an extremely satisfying career in social care. The work can be challenging, but the rewards are beyond measure.
