Education:
A high school diploma or GED and,
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required)
- ALS (Advanced Life Support) Certification (required)
- Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Certification (preferred)
- ARRT- Cardiac Interventional Radiology Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Assists physicians in Cardiac Catheterization and Vascular/ Radiology Special procedures
- Provides a safe patient care environment that aids in diagnosis and care of patients experiencing cardiac pathologies
- Maintains and operates the physiological systems
- Assists physicians and performs unit based activities which contribute to a positive and professional work environment
- Maintains essential information through shared documentation and verbal communication
